About the Project

Our recent travels took us to Madrid where we embarked on a video production project for a real estate client.

The task at hand was to capture beautiful footage of their latest stunning office building, with the brief calling for a series of walkthrough videos, with a particular focus on the cutting-edge technology present in the building. The use-case was to share welcome material with new employees joining the client's company, as a high-end sort of 'virtual tour', guiding them on all the information they'd need to know for Day 1: from where the nearest public transport stations are, through to how they can book meeting rooms on-site.

We offered our end-to-end services, which encompassed everything from planning and storyboarding, to filming, scripting, editing and colour grading the entire project. To compliment the footage our animation team created stunning 2D map animations which showcased the surrounding area and transport links around the property, given that sustainability was a noteworthy feature and the target audience should be encouraged to contribute towards these goals.

Finally, our in-house colourist finished the project off by applying a glorious colour grade to each individual shot, which elevated each scene of the project to a new level of visual appeal, keeping the entire project on-brand with the client's needs.
